The Msgr. Manning Division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians is pleased to name Aiden Morley our 2023 Man of the Year.

In 2023 Aiden has distinguished himself as a Catholic, a patriot, and as a supporter of Irish heritage and culture through his work in multiple activities and societies.

As President of the Catholic Students Association at the College of Charleston, he has attracted new members and fostered a stronger mission of community, Catholic formation, and witness. He founded a student-led Right to Life group on campus and did not waiver when opposing groups attacked him personally. Aiden is also a leader in the campus Army Reserve Officer’s Training Corps (ROTC) who’s earned a place on The President’s List for his scholastic work in The College of Charleston’s Honor’s College where he is studying Catholic Social Teaching, Historic Preservation, and Architectural Design.

The Manning Division is grateful for all that Aiden has done to represent the best of Irish Catholic culture and we are honored to call him our brother in Friendship, Unity and true Christian Charity.
